Story Roadmap

Konok Raja

Konok Raja

Gopal is my father’s deity,
of the noble lineage of King Konok.
I’ll let you play with affection—
with nine lakh elephants!

I’ll give you elephants,
I’ll give you howdahs,
I’ll give you jingling tassels—
Come, my golden Jadu,
come into your mother’s arms.
